The CMA Dealer Credit Program™ is available on the DealerTrack® Aftermarket
Network™ and is a convenient solution enabling automobile dealers to not only
sell more vehicles to customers with bad credit, but also retain those customers
long term.
Once the automobile dealer becomes a registered Agent Partner of CMA, the automobile
dealer can not only sell CMA Memberships to customers but also offer coupons and
promotions to those Members through our Partner Promotion Program. The Partner Promotion
Program allows the automobile dealership to work alongside CMA in order to provide
discounts and promotions to CMA Members.
The CMA Dealer Credit Program™ provides a way for an automobile dealership
to legally market and promote credit repair while at the same time remaining compliant
with the Credit Repair Organizations Act. An automobile dealership which is not
enrolled in the CMA Dealer Credit Program™ would violate the Credit Repair
Organizations Act if the automobile dealership were to give any “advice or assistance”
to help anyone improve credit. Even a simple comment to a Consumer such as “if you
pay this loan well, you will improve your credit” puts the automobile dealership
in violation of the Credit Repair Organizations Act. CMA Financial Corporation is
a registered and bonded credit services organization and may legally permit each
Member to be eligible for credit repair.
The Dealer Credit Program™ enables the automobile dealership to use CMA approved
language and advertisements in order to generate more traffic and capture more leads.
The CMA CRMP allows the automobile dealership to implement credit repair strategies
into normal advertising and marketing campaigns. The CMA Dealer Credit Program™
even offers a FREE credit repair e-book which can be downloaded by a dealership
customer.
The promotion of the credit repair e-book may also be used in conjunction with the
automobile dealer’s credit repair marketing campaigns. CMA provides a creative Dealer
Credit Program™ banner for placement on the automobile dealership’s website
which not only will promote the automobile dealership’s participation in the CMA
Dealer Credit Program™, but also will capture leads for the automobile dealership
when clicked on and filled out by an Internet visitor.
