  HOW THE CREDIT RESTORATION CREDIT SERVCE WORKS
Our credit restoration credit services provide the professional guidance you will need for effective credit repair. After you provide us with your credit report we will assist you with the preparation of customized documents which will be provided to you for your approval and signature. Simply mail the documents back to us and we will forward them to the credit bureaus and/or other appropriate recipients. We forward most documents via Certified Mail so you can track your progress!

DON’T HIRE A COMPANY THAT DELIVERS A PROMISE, HIRE A COMPANY THAT DELIVERS A SERVICE

The Credit Repair Organizations Act of 1996 was passed by Congress to regulate organizations that fix credit. Unfortunately there are no minimum quality requirements for the service performed. We deliver professional services that you can see.

After your Membership is set up, simply:

1)   Send us your credit reports. We will need a current copy of all three of your credit reports so we can help you identify obsolete, erroneous, unverifiable and potentially misleading information that can be disputed. You will receive a credit report from the credit bureaus upon the completion of each formal FCRA dispute. Make sure you forward this information to us so we update our records with the status of each disputed item.

2)   Identify the items for us to dispute. Once we receive your initial credit report we will have your credit specialist contact you and review your credit. You will get to choose which items are disputed. A core strength provided by the FCRA is the ability to verify credit information with the credit bureau.

3)   Purchase the credit restoration credit services that are right for you and allow us to assist you in the creation of your first document which is a formal FCRA dispute based on the items you decide to dispute.

4)   Review, sign, and return each document to us. Once you approve our work, simply sign, notarize, and return each document to us so we can mail them out, usually via First Class Certified U.S. Mail. Save all correspondence you receive from the credit bureaus and creditors/debt collectors. After about 30 days you should have received all of the correspondence and simply forward this information to us.

5)   Repeat the process. Once the initial formal FCRA dispute process has been completed, you may choose to purchase additional credit services from us to help you achieve the desired results. Although we can make no promises about the outcomes of the services you purchase from us, we will give you our best effort to provide you with advice and assistance to help you improve your credit.
